Virgil Pulliam began his career in real estate in 1980 at Draper and Kramer. After being assigned to our Corporate Services Group, he was instrumental in the development of a highly successful corporate relocations team that managed some of the most significant corporate relocations and consolidations in Chicago’s Central Business District. Some of the team’s clients included Amoco, Paine Webber, The Chicago Stock Exchange, Citibank, ABN LaSalle National Bank, McGraw-Hill, Bell Boyd Lloyd and others.

Mr. Pulliam left Draper and Kramer in 1989. During that period he continued to work in the real estate business, serving as Vice President of the Corporate Services Division at Baird & Warner and as Senior Vice President & District Manager at Grubb & Ellis. Mr. Pulliam returned to Draper and Kramer in 1999. He is a native Chicagoan and attended the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana.
