Timothy Hartnett has over
30 years of Corporate, Commercial, and Industrial real estate
consulting experience. He has been involved in the sale,
leasing, and management of over 30 million square feet.
He has syndicated office, retail and structured parking
lot ventures. Recently he syndicated a 400,000 SF Industrial
complex in Franklin Park, Illinois which when re-tenanted
was sold for twice the purchase price. At 230 No. Michigan
Avenue he sold the Carbon & Carbide building which is
being retrofitted into a Hard Rock Hotel. For Lehman Brothers,
Inc. he has consulted on numerous condominium, office, and
retail projects. Before joining Draper and Kramer Mr. Hartnett
was manager of the Chicago office of Cushman & Wakefield
where he worked on major projects such as Sears Tower, Chicago
Board of Trade, John Hancock Center and NBC Tower and was
also a broker in their Financial Services Group. Mr. Hartnett
also spent five years in the Investment Brokerage division
of Grubb & Ellis. Tim was also named “Broker of the
Year” by the Chicago Real Estate Board.
Mr. Hartnett is
a graduate of Northwestern University, holding a Ph.B. in
History. He has been active in various alumni and real estate
organizations including the ULI, SIOR, NAIOP, CREC and others.
