Mr. Fegan joined Draper and Kramer in 1984 and is director of Retail Leasing. He is currently responsible for 20 properties, totaling over 1,500,000 square feet. These properties include shopping centers, multi-use properties and street-retail located primarily in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.

Mr. Fegan is a graduate of Iona College in New Rochelle, N.Y. and has his MBA from Dominican University in River Forest. He is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), and holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation of IREM. Mr. Fegan has been an instructor for the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and has had articles published in several Shopping Center Journals.
